Neighborhoods in Rochester Experience a Positive Impact 
The HOME Rochester program has revitalized over 850 homes in the City of Rochester over the past 15+ years. These homes have all been sold at affordable levels to first-time homebuyers across all areas of Rochester. Neighborhoods feel the impact of these homes in very tangible ways. A previous study done by Enterprise Community Partners showed that homes that were within 100 feet of a HOME Rochester home had an added value of over $15,000.
